Pursuant to Section 8(a) of Presidential Decree No. 1986, the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (“BOARD”) hereby enacts and promulgates the following revised rules and guidelines for the proper registration and assessment of fees of all persons and entities under the supervision and regulation of the Board, as follows:

To cause the closing of the grantee’s CATV or to authorize the use of possession thereof by the government without compensation to the grantee for the use of said CATV during the continuance of the national emergency

Anti-Cable Television and Cable Internet Tapping act of 2013 (RA 10515)
An act prohibiting and penalizing unauthorized interception, reception or use of any signal or service over cable television system or cable internet system and/or network, and for other purposes.
Pursuant to Section 7 of Republic Act No. 10515 and in line with the provisions of Executive Order Nos. 546 and 205, Act 3846 (Radio Control Law) as amended, Act 146 (Public Service Act) as amended, the National Telecommunications Commission hereby adopts and promulgates the following Rules and Regulations to implement the aforesaid law.
