The Philippine Cable and Telecommunications Association, Inc. (PCTA) is set to bring together key industry stakeholders, leaders, and professionals at the PCTA Connectivity Roadshow – Luzon on September 18, 2026, at Hotel Monticello Tagaytay.
The one-day industry gathering aims to provide a platform for meaningful discussions on current developments, emerging trends, regulatory updates, and challenges shaping the future of the Philippine cable and telecommunications industry.
Organized in partnership with the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) Region IV-A, the roadshow is hosted by Philippine Cable and Telecommunications Association Inc. and the Philippine Tech Show. The collaboration underscores a shared commitment to advancing digital infrastructure, strengthening industry partnerships, and supporting the continued growth of nationwide connectivity.
A key highlight of the event will be the Executive Cable Conference, developments in connectivity, cybersecurity, and other emerging issues that are shaping the industry's digital future. Discussions will provide executives and decision-makers with relevant perspectives on how the industry can respond to evolving technological, regulatory, and business challenges while strengthening the country's digital infrastructure.
The event will also feature a Technical Seminar focusing on artificial intelligence and its growing role in customer service. Under the theme “Beyond Automation: AI as the Future of Exceptional Customer Service,” the seminar will explore emerging AI trends, opportunities, and important considerations in adopting AI-driven solutions to enhance customer experiences and business operations.
More than a conference, the PCTA Connectivity Roadshow will serve as a venue for networking, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing among cable operators, internet service providers, technology partners, government representatives, and other industry professionals. Through these interactions, participants will have opportunities to exchange insights, strengthen professional connections, and explore potential collaborations that can contribute to the advancement of the industry.
